Jon Morris
Designer
I build products and tools and remove friction from wherever I can.
I'm a Principal Designer on an enterprise architecture platform at a Fortune 100 company. I'm also building Cardboard Appendix, a web product for learning, teaching, and playing board games. Before all this, I led e-commerce design for Stanley, L.L.Bean, Red Wing, Timberland, and others.

About
The friction worth fixing is usually in the unglamorous parts of a product. The admin tools, the CMS, the internal flows, the middle of every product that doesn't get shown in the case study. That's where I do my best work — and where most companies have the most to gain.
When I'm not designing, I'm tinkering with mechanical keyboards, playing too many board games, or experimenting in the kitchen.
